Do you offer worldwide shipping?
At this moment, we only accept orders from the following countries:

Of course, we’re working hard on expanding the list of countries we deliver Specto products to and aiming for worldwide shipping soon enough!
What is the shipping price for Specto products?
Currently, there are NO shipping costs for Specto bundles. There are no hidden costs as well - the price tag lists the only price you will pay for the Specto bundles.
What payment options do you offer?
Currently, we can only accept credit card/debit card payments. All orders are processed securely using a third-party vendor. We have no insight into your credit card details, except the personal information such as shipping addresses needed to process the orders.
How much will I need to wait for my order to arrive?
All orders paid and processed before noon CET (Central European Time) are dispatched the same day. The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Please, bear in mind some deliveries, such as orders placed during the holiday season, may take longer. Orders placed during weekends will take around 4-6 days.
I have a suggestion for a great Specto bundle!
Specto is all about community and creating smart solutions for the future. We would be thrilled to hear about your concepts and ideas! Feel free to send us all ideas to info@specto.shop.
Please remember that we do not offer any kind of monetary compensation for concept ideas. Still, if you’re the first person who suggested a concept, and it gets developed, we will gladly send you the Specto bundle as a thank you gift!
Do you offer a warranty on Specto bundles and their products?
All Specto bundle products come brand new and sealed inside the original packaging. Every item has a different warranty, specified by the original manufacturer, on the manual inside the original packaging. In case you cannot find the warranty list, please make sure to send us an e-mail to info@specto.shop, and we’ll be glad to help you out!
In case I need to repair a specific product, whom do I send it to?
Suppose the product in question is manufactured in the EU. In that case, you can send it directly to the closest customer service/repair shop in your city/country. If there is none, the product is not manufactured in the EU, or you simply want to keep things easy, please send it back to us. We will repair or replace it with a new one during warranty period, no questions asked!
I am a member of the press or influencer. Would you be willing to work with me?
Specto is a start-up being run by a small team. Therefore, we can only work with a limited number of media and influencers who are genuinely eager to present Specto products to their audiences in the best way possible.
That being said, we would be thrilled to hear from you! Although we consider the number of followers on your social media accounts, we genuinely believe that content is king. So, if you’re excited about Specto products, send us an e-mail and explain what you have in mind; write to info@specto.shop!
I saw Specto bundle available somewhere else for a higher or fraction of the price.
Currently, www.specto.shop is the only official place to buy Specto bundles. We’re delivering incredible bundles with original, brand-new products. Please be aware that we do not distribute Specto bundles anywhere else, so beware of frauds.
